The free-to-attend Space Tech Expo exhibition & forum is Europe’s meeting place for space business, technology & innovation. The three-day trade fair will showcase the latest from technical designers, sub-system suppliers, manufacturers and components through the systems integrators for civil, military and commercial space.
Nanovac AB will be exhibiting at this expo.
Nanovac will be exhibiting at the Space Tech Expo in Europe (Bremen) between November 19 and November 21. Come talk to us at our Booth (F60) about your vacuum system requirements.
We have built several custom pump packages historically, and now decided to release a standard compact high vacuum pumping station. This station delivers 80 l/s pumping speed, with a base pressure in the low -6 range. The unit is self contained, and completely dry. Innovative control architecture allows for advanced remote monitoring and control.

2019 has been extremely busy so far. We have been chosen as the supplier for several new demanding thermal vacuum test projects, including a very special “dirty” thermal vacuum chamber which will be used to simulate the environment on asteroids. In response to the increased number of projects we are increasing our manufacturing capacity, which will help to minimize manufacturing times. Our current standard lead times are currently 20-24 weeks.

Per aspera ad astra (or, less commonly, ad astra per aspera) is a popular Latin phrase meaning “through hardship to the stars”. This is such a telling phrase, especially considering the work that our customers do, challenging the elements and harsh environment of space, to enable exploration and human advancement. We are honoured and humbled to be asked to supply the technology for them to test their ideas and designs before they are sent into space, ensuring mission success.

In an effort to shorten manufacturing time for some time critical elements, Nanovac AB is making a significant investment in an in-house 3D print resource. This will allow us to 3D print metal objects as well as “plastic” models. The 3D print facility is expected to be operational by the end of 2018.
Happy 4th of July to our US based customers! Nanovac AB received an order for the supply and commissioning of a TVC225CH system from a customer in the US yesterday. We are thrilled to deliver our state-of-the-art thermal vacuum chamber to this rapidly growing customer in the US. Delivery is scheduled to take place in December of 2018.
Nanovac AB received another order for two of our new TVC140H chambers. These two new chambers are to be delivered in Asia. We are extremely proud to have been selected as a supplier to this particular site, as the competition was fierce (and local). With our unique manufacturing approach we were able to offer the best solution, with the lowest CoO, and with the strongest technical performance. These systems will be delivered in the early part of 2019.
We are proud to announce the continued success of our Galaxy series thermal vacuum Chambers. We recently received three orders for our new TVC140H horizontally loaded thermal vacuum chambers (two European based customers, and one asian based customer). The TVC140H offers 1.4 m3 testing volume, and allows test objects with 1 base diagonal exceeding 1m.
As with all our Galaxy series Chambers, the TVC140H comes with either a base touch screen solution, or a fully industrial PC based user interface accomodating advanced cycle programming.
Our solutions are always turn-key solutions, so the systems are delivered complete with all pumps, chillers and comes with an on-site installation.
